Paul Schmidt

Paul’s passion for creating memorable brands drives his dedication to the pursuit of great storytelling and brand positioning for our Framework clients. Throughout his nearly 30 years in the industry, he has worked with premiere brands that include Marriott International, Maxxis, Yamaha Motor Corporation, St. Josephs Healthcare, American Honda, and the Walt Disney Company.

Paul breathes new life into tired logos and creates updated brand stories by bringing legacy brands back to their roots — in a modern way. His career has also included serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for global organizations, as well as having held multiple executive leadership roles within advertising agencies across the US. Outside of the work he does for Framework Paul is a fine artist, a culinary chef, and a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan having grown up in Wisconsin.

Christine Andola

Christine has mastered the art of human connection working for more than 30 years in the communication and marketing field. Communication, whether it is with employees and new recruits or potential customers and your existing client base, is all about the people.

Christine brings people together with their employees, with the members of their leadership teams, and with their customers and clients. Her customer service perspective builds long-term relationships with Framework Branding clients and helps our clients develop connections with their target audience. Christine is also a highly successful copywriter with experience developing copy and brand voice for companies across a wide array of industries. At heart, Christine is a native New Yorker who has traveled the entire length of the Erie Canal by boat and navigated both the St. Lawrence and the Hudson rivers.

Jennifer Suarez

With over 25 years of experience in professional office administration and operations and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Jennifer skillfully manages the core operations of Framework. As Operations Manager, she ensures the fluidity and functionality of the agency with her robust knowledge of executive management and efficient handling of customer service, consultations, and project coordination. Jennifer has a BS in Management from National-Louis University.

Her commitment to exemplary service is one of the many assets she brings to Framework Branding.

Jessie Arvizu

Jessie Arvizu is a highly experienced Creative Director with over 15 years of industry-spanning expertise. Known for her versatile skills, Jessie thrives in every creative challenge she encounters. Throughout her extensive career, Jessie has left her creative mark in diverse industries. Her ability to adapt and excel in any setting has earned her a reputation as a dynamic creative force. Whether it’s fashion, technology, or entertainment, she has consistently delivered innovative and impactful campaigns.

Her commitment to innovative thinking and leadership, combined with her love for adrenaline-filled design, makes her a truly remarkable and well-rounded Creative Director for the Framework team.

Mike Frey

Mike is a seasoned and motivated creative art director who thrives on developing integrated multimedia campaigns. Skilled at all stages of the creative process, he is experienced in digital, social, and video, not to mention traditional advertising. Inspired by a healthy dynamic team environment, Mike is always working to develop engaging solutions for Framework Branding clients, solving problems through strategic collaboration and effective communication.

At the end of the day, Mike just loves what he does. A true veteran of the industry, his passion (even outside of the office) is looking, listening, and absorbing great creative work and design.

Gail Look-Yan

Gail is a senior graphic designer and art director who understands that the function of graphic design is to support business objectives. Through that understanding, she creates authentic visual content to match the quality of the story that needs to be told.

Prior to joining Framework, she built a solid reputation working in ad agencies and global marketing teams across the United States. She has created and maintained brand standards nationally and internationally and is a key contributor to elevating the visibility of both our agency and our clients.

Robert Griffith

Bob’s passion is ideas—big ones, small ones, any size in between ones—and, even more, putting them into words that will not only engage, but captivate an audience. Offline, online, TV, print, integrated, traditional and digital direct response … if it has anything to do with getting from creative concept to market execution, he’s been there and done that—loving every step of the journey.

Bob has put his creative writing mark on clients that include Honda, Yamaha Motor Corporation, DirecTV, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the much-missed, (but always remembered) Blockbuster Video.

Amy Wellenkamp

Amy started her love and passion for photography from an early age, picking up her first camera at just 8-years old. Since that time, she has forged an extensive and successful career in brand, lifestyle and product photography and videography. With additional background in graphic design, communications, and art direction, she comes to Framework Branding with a keen ability to bridge on-strategy photography with exceptional brand visuals and strategy.

Utilizing her experience from both worlds, the concepts and strategies of our clients come to life with engaging, moving, and inspirational brand visuals.
